Due to the nature of the product we take speical care in packing your goods. We try to ensure that the package is packed in a manner so that it can be securely be transported by our logistics partner.
Return & Exchange Policy
Due to the nature of our products each arrangment is made to order and arranged by hand therefore, we are unable to accept returns or offer exchange due to change of mind. In case a product arrived in a damanged or broken, then the customer must inform us in writing via email along with order details, name , contanct number, email address and the proof (Photo evidence). The cusomter should also provide details regarding the damage. On receipt of the required information one of our friendly staff members will get in touch with you. You may be requested to return the goods before a refund can be processed.
